Beautifully decorated new apartment. Lots of windows, bright and light. Walking trail close by. Beautiful tree, mountain views. Quiet neighborhood. Quick response from pleasant host. A bit of highway noise you might notice at night in the corner bedroom. No problem if you have earplugs.

Our group consisted of three adults and a six-year-old child; the condo was wonderful—very cozy, modern, and spotless. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped down to the last detail, with clean linens, towels, and all necessary kitchenware. The owner was very responsible and responded promptly to all text messages. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! We plan to come back and stay here again! There was nothing we didn't like—everything was wonderful!

Homestead Village was a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again. My score for all the questions about hosts, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, etc., are all exceptional, but the website was not letting me select the best score or any score for that matter. Just wanted to clarify that as those scores might not show up on my review.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in an excellent location in the heart of Downtown, in a beautiful new building. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed: a washer and dryer, microwave, oven, dishes, cups, and a complete kitchen. There was also laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, and many other thoughtful amenities. Absolutely nothing was missing. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. As a wonderful gesture, they even allowed us to stay two extra hours on our departure day free of charge, which we truly appreciated. During our trip across the United States, we stayed in apartments in several different cities, and this one is by far our number one. It is the best apartment we have stayed in, considering the cleanliness, equipment, comfort, location, and especially the hospitality of the host. Another huge advantage is that the host does not require a security deposit, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality! If we ever return to Los Angeles, we will definitely stay here again. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone. It truly deserves five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing stay during Anime Expo! As a content creator, this was the perfect home base for filming and editing. If you’re curious about my trip, you can check it out on YouTube at ItsJustDayy. The host and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I even had a small hiccup where I accidentally booked one of my dates incorrectly, and they were extremely understanding and helped me get everything sorted out quickly. I didn’t have any major issues during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

This is my second home away from home. Lovely staff and the best location for me. Next time I visit I will double check to make sure the blinds (on the windows) are ok and maybe ask for a table and some chairs on the balcony.

Very relaxing and “cozy” like it is advertised. Staff works very well with you if you have any questions. The property’s private pool and hot tub were also a very nice addition. Everything was amazing, only drawback is I couldn’t get the wifi to work properly but I don’t believe it was their fault and it was the provider itself which I was told should end up getting resolved soon.

Tolles Appartement direkt in Downtown LA und daher super gelegen für Termine im Conventioncenter. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet z.B. mit kompletter Küche und Wasch-Trockner.

Really, really I can only recommend you this accommodation and realy best communication with owner. I had problem with my PIN kay, but Owner every thing solved IMMEDIATELY!!! And it was soo great.
